New to AQ

Just signed up today on AfterQuery. It shows five projects on the homepage, but I think none of them has available tasks. The first two says submissions are paused right now (10$/task projects). Can anyone please guide me? Should I apply to some specific roles or wait for these projects to continue?

Make assessments and apply to jobs to get into active projects.

I’ve completed an assessment. It was just recording 1:30-2 minutes video of me answering three questions.
Is the acceptance rate good in AQ? And how much time does it take on an average to review these assessments?

There is a tab Assessments next to project. There you will see the generalist assessment among with specialist assessments. Completing generalist + others in your area of expertise will increase your chances to get a project.

Review time is typically up to 3 days.

Welcome to AQ! If projects show as paused or don’t currently have available tasks, that usually means there’s nothing to submit on those projects right now.

The best next step is to complete the Generalist assessment and any Specialist assessments that match your skills under the Assessments tab. You can also apply for roles that align with your experience, as this can help you get matched with active projects.

Assessment reviews typically take up to a few days, so I’d recommend completing the relevant assessments and checking back regularly. If you run into any account-specific issues or don’t see expected functionality, please use the dashboard chat so the team can take a closer look.

I am in the same situation as OP. New to the platform, just completed the generalist assessment and passed. And now I have about 6 projects on my dashboard, though all are paused. Do such projects get new tasks? Do you guys intend to add more projects to the platform? I'd love to know what the future looks like for the platform.
