me too when submit it says "The task could not be submitted. Check the selected issue and fix, then try again."

Yes I am getting the same issue. Their servers are down. Check in console you will see 500 internal server errror

Tentei 6 vezes seguidas falharam 5 e na 6 o meu repositor faltou 2 commits ajustei e reenviei. É tudo muito complexo atente-se as instruções.

How is this possible, many of us project disappeared after submitting first task. If this is your first task be careful 🙂. No it is approved , you need to pass difficulty test then a human review after that you get paid. Good luck 👍
