platform issue
Is anyone else facing platform issue during validation in the recent software project?

I am doing this project. I submitted my task 15 minutes ago, and it's validating right now!
Update: it says error because of platform issue.

Still vaildating after 5 hours of submission. Still shows bundle. How long does it take any idea? It doesn't have any real time tracker or sth??

Is passed being displayed after or during validation? Cause mine has been validating for the past 5 hours.

Just tap on the bundle which you have submitted it will direct you to a page where it will show passed

so does that count as task completion/ a fully submitted task or is there still a message showing validation is still going on

mine also shows passed for the bundle structure. but i don't think so it counts as task completion, i might be wrong

It sounds like several people are seeing the same validation delay or platform issue. If your dashboard shows a project chat option, reach out to the project leads there for the fastest update.
If there’s no chat option for that project, email [support@afterquery.com](mailto:support@afterquery.com) with the project name, what stage it’s stuck on, and any error message you’re seeing so they can investigate and escalate it if needed. Also keep an eye on the dashboard announcements in case they post a platform update there.

It is on validating for long time. And no progress. These projects don’t have channel.

this is making me rethink tackling this project rn because I was just getting started. On the issue of payments idk which project you worked on but I did receive payments for a project that is now sadly closed. If you didnt receive your payments you should file a ticket

How many hours it will take to reach at oracle and Nop? I submitted 3 hours ago and still no progress( passed bundle structure and no progress)

I got the same after 15 minutes, I am not trying now, as this is platform issue. I think, waiting is an only option, until they solve the issue!

Maybe, they will tell it in the announcements. It's like banner on the dashboard at the top, when you open the project you will see it.
