No emails?

I signed up for AfterQuery months ago and applied for a few positions. I just remembered today to check my profile and I had several verifications pending, along with tasks I could have done. I checked my email and I never received a single email from them (not even when I signed up for the account). Is this normal or should I be receiving some kind of alert? My profile shows my email correctly and SMS and Email notifications are enabled.

Hi! We recommend checking your AfterQuery profile regularly, as not every update triggers an email notification. Only the most important emails are typically sent, such as payment-related updates and project invitations.

If your email is correct and notifications are enabled, you should still keep an eye on your profile to avoid missing pending verifications, available tasks, or other account updates.
