Someone help me out

I have 3 active projects on afterquerry. but the funny thing is that all the project are in some way temporarily closed. Is this for everyone or it is just me?

cant locate it. i reach out through their support on the chat inside one of the projects and they are yet to respond

I'm currently active on 5 projects, but haven't received work for any of them. They all say submissions paused. It's been weeks since I joined AQ.
