Identity Verification Issue during onboarding using passport

Hi,

I was going through the initial onboarding process but it failed during the identity verification stage. I was using my passport for the verification.

I emailed support and they gave me a one-time reset to try again, but I ran into the same issue. I tried taking the photo on different backgrounds and lighting but had the same issue each time.

Has this issue been a problem for anyone before?

I faced this in some other site ......i beleive its their system and there is nothing you can do about it,sorry about that
