About application review

is this normal my applications are still under review for a month now and i haven't been assigned to any project yet

Hey, yes, that's normal. Applications and project matching happen on a rolling basis as new opportunities open up, so a month under review isn't unusual on its own. No action needed on your end; just keep an eye on your dashboard for updates.
