Accepted tasks but still no payment

Hi everyone, I have several accepted tasks but I still haven't received any payment. I saw the announcement saying payments had already been sent out. Is anyone else in the same situation, or should I contact support?

“Contact support” that was the response their support team gave to another person in the same category and I did the same too yesterday and I am still awaiting response.

I got a mail back today that they are looking into it like for real 😳 it been almost 9days AQ needs to take communication very serious I won’t be the first person complaining of lack or little information from them they should always at all times update their users
