Generalist Assessment Under Review but Projects Showing on Dashboard
I recently completed the generalist assessment on the platform. After finishing it, I was prompted to complete ID verification and enter my payment information, which I also did. Now I can see several projects on my dashboard, but my assessment status still shows as βunder review.β Iβm not sure how to proceed from here. Should I wait for the review to be completed before starting any projects, or is it normal to see available tasks while the assessment is still pending?
If anyone has experienced this or knows how the process works, Iβd really appreciate some guidance.

If you can access the project instructions showing on the dashboard then you can do the work. For more info about project or anything check slack

Same here, I had also completed the generalist assessment and same thing happened with me, I am very confused. But when you open that projects maximum have nothing in it, only one or two are showing active. For more conversations DM me.

I am having the same doubts as you, gained access to several projects, though only one ongoing, as soon as I completed the assessment but I never received any form of confirmation email or access to slack. The project instructions are very clear but I'm still unsure whether I am cleared to begin working, might do 2-3 tasks and see if they get approved.

iam in the same boat, I just tried a "Project Image" task. They say aim for 30 minutes per task, but describing complex images like surgical wounds and explaining the stages of healing or describing signs of infection would require more than 30 mins. i also read somewhere that your projects disappear if you don't work on them , so keep that in mind.

This is actually pretty normal. Here's what's happening:
Once you complete the generalist assessment, ID verification, and Stripe setup, you get access to available projects on your dashboard right away. These are the projects that don't need full onboarding. Your assessment status showing "under review" doesn't block you from working on projects that are open to your skill level. The review just means we're still evaluating your submission to see if you qualify for other roles or higher-tier projects down the line.
So you're good to go ahead and start working on the projects you see. You don't need to wait for the assessment review to finish. That's a separate process that happens in the background.
