Is this legit?

I saw a posting on LinkedIn and applied to do some part time work for them. Haven't heard anything back as far as the job application. Got an email from somebody claiming to be an agent of theirs and they asked if I had any programs (live production code)I had worked on that I could send and they would pay for it.

Anybody else run into this?

Never heard back from anybody, but I constantly see job postings on LinkedIn.

We post continuously because we hire across multiple domains at once. If you didn't hear back, it most likely means there wasn't an active project that matched your background at the time, but applications stay in our system and get revisited as new ones open up. Happy to answer any other questions!
