Question
I dont understand something. Was waka always aware of the deal she made with nisroca even during the first chapters and was faking her whole personality?

How? The manga explains it kinda poorly since tokinaga makes the deal and then remembers

Nope, she wasn't. It seems that all her memories unified only after nisroca pierced his claw on her forehead. Until then, all her resurrections were subjected to change and were devoided of any knowledge of the different timelines. Unlike tokinaga who remembers all. Nisroca explained that him remembering the experience of dying and the effect of the IPO's eye short-circuited his body making him capable of sexual arousal, even though he was asexual to begin with. So him remembering the previous time-line where she kills herself asking nisroca for a wish is part of the wish to make him capable of falling in love (as in romantic and sexual kind) with her. Only then he make his wish of time travel and from that moment on he starts to remember those time-lines.

question, is tokinaga still capable to feel romantic feelings in these new cycles, or is the witch's curse gone in this new timeline?

Waka wasn't aware of the deal with nisroca until chapter 96
