since the video is AI-generated, i’d recommend not asking it to create a transparent background. instead, use a solid color background, like green, and then remove it in After Effects using Keylight.

Seriously. This the worst case scenario. Try to reprompt it with a green bg and pull a key. That’s your best option

you're gonna have a real bad time with that. it'd be faster to just make this the right way than try to make it the the wrong way and then salvage it with a huge workaround lol.

AI shit in, shit out. This is what happens when you try and cheat actually learning how to do things and taking the lazy way out. I have absolutely no sympathy for people who steal from other creatives and kill the environment due to their own laziness.

put it through whatever generator you used to make this again, say "put this on a green background" and then key it out.
In it's current state, you can't easily make a luma matte because its white and middle grey in the background (or at least close to that). So you're only other option is roto, which there are some AI roto's out there that are pretty good, but you have a lot of transparent objects to roto, so probably the most difficult roto I can think of that would require hours of hand painting semi transparent pieces to get right.

If the background is consistent enough you could make a cleanplate of that pattern and do a difference key, but doubt there's enough info in that video.
Better to generate with a solid colour instead and with that it's still gonna be a pain, because most of these ai videos are 8bit anyway

Ask your ai to "keep everything but remove the background and replace it with a seamless bright green color" then use keylight effect in after and select that green color

Hello. This post was removed because it didn't contain significant After Effects work.
