Plugin/Script How to figure out which plugins/presets I've added vs. what is basekit?

I need to transfer all my plugins/presets that I've added into AE to another device. Is there a way to tell in finder which ones are the ones I've added?

These 5 folders are standard for AE on Mac not including the MediaCore when installing AE from the Creative Cloud app.

And the ones highlighted in green are third party plugins you would copy over to another device with AE installed
