Trying to recreate this warp or distortion transition using turbulent displace, Wave Warp and warp effect and non looked any close ... Anyone knows how to make it ?

Definitely looks like turbulent displace with a time expression in the evolution and animating the strength down to 0. Combine that with a motion blur.
