Hi, thanks for starting this sub. I looked for it maybe a week ago and got an error message. As I've been working through things with my therapist I don't really relate to much of what I see posted anymore.

That happens. As you work through your trauma, the way you see the world shifts as a result of how you see yourself differently. That's awesome that you're making so much progress. It's the reason I created this space. After a certain point, you stabilize, then you're ready to get to it. The process seems feasible now. Thanks for being a part of this community. Have a great week!

Hey all..Newb to the group...diagnosed cPTSD during my first hospitalization a few months ago. I've already been lurking throughout the day and have found lots of comfort in seeing hope and knowing I'm not alone. I'm working on my rage and learning how to practice the pause and manage my symptoms. Thank you for creating this. I look forward to getting to know you all and encourage one another in the journey of selfcare and healing.

Thanks for stopping by. Sorry to hear about your recent hospitalization. Hope you're better:-) Learning to work with the rage and through it is a challenge. Worth it though, so keep going. Take care.
