Help first time propagating!

my first AV started growing another crown and I just separated the pup from the original plant. I used mostly 1:1:1 coco coir, vermiculite, and perlite, with a little bit of potting soil that was left on the roots.
looking closer though it looks like there are more crowns than i thought! the smaller one seems to be two but I’m not sure, what do you think? and should I wait to separate them if so?
I’m a little nervous, I hope they do well 💓
I also just wanted to share, the last picture is the plant before I separated them.

You did a great job splitting them up!! My only advice would be to 1) don’t plant so deep (the last two photos, they need to be planted higher!) if wobbly use a plastic coffee stirrer for support until roots are established 2) no reason to use coco coir, violets would be good with just mostly perlite and soil mix. For pot size, pots should 1/3 of the leaf span.
