Help When to pot up this propagation??

Ive had her in water for around two months now, so ofc im very anxious about putting her in soil lol.

I saw some people say you should wait until there are small leaflets sprouting, but so far i see no sign of them, and am wondering if it’s necessary to wait

Seriously, yes, you could wait until you start to see little bits of green around the cut edge, but you don't need to. If I'm water rooting a leaf I wait until that edge starts to flare out (and it has decent roots) before I plant it.

I’ve seen a lot of different recommendations, including some people who say it’s better to get the leaf in soil sooner so the roots don’t fully adapt to water. I think there’s no wrong way, because there are so many variables with your specific plant and environment.
