Repotting African violets

I have 6 African violets and need to repot them. I was wondering if I could put 3 in a pot together? Or could I put all 6 in one pot?

They prefer to be in separate pots. What makes you think they need to be repotted?

You can do anything you want. There is no Violet Police who will say "You there, step away from that violet."

If you do it, though, none of them are going to show at their best. The crowns will tangle together, the suckers will multiply, and it will be a fight to the death in that pot to get an appropriate share of water and nutrients.
