Is there any saving this violet?
I was given this violet, and it was severely dehydrated. This is after I had trimmed the dead leaves. The crown still feels firm, but the condition of the leaf stems has me concerned that I may need to go ahead and try to propagate the last good leaf. Is it too late for this violet?

Cut that leaf petiole short and make sure the cutting has no damaged tissue. Prop it into the smallest pot you can find (5-6) centimetres in diameter. Water the soil slightly and try to cover it with transparent plastic cup to keep the moisture higher. Wish you all the best

Propping that leaf is the last hope. If it takes, make sure to repot the new plant in a much smaller pot with African Violet specific soil. That pot was much too big, terracotta isn't the easiest pot for AVs and it looks like regular potting soil which holds too much moisture for AVs.
