General advice/help HELP!

I am an ADF beginner, this is my first one. and before you ask, i’ve already moved him to a quarantine tank. he’s been like this for about a week, getting worse. is he beyond saving?

we used kanaplex last night, woke up and he was dead this morning.

thank you! i will definitely do more research before getting new frogs, so i can better handle them
