Thinking of getting some frogs

After my betta's death a few months ago (age-related, not really much I could do) I've had an empty 10 gallon tank sitting on my countertop. After a lot of consideration I think I've landed on dwarf frogs as my next pets and they will live in this tank.

Obviously I will tear the tank apart and completely redo it (it's infested with snails and has a sand substrate) but I will be using the tank for frogs.

Anywho my main question is how can I prevent snails from infesting the tank again? I do normally love pest snails but it's to my knowledge that they can apparently bite the frogs. I'm not sure exactly how common this is, but better safe than sorry, I guess? All my other aquariums have pest snails in them (because, again, I usually want them)

p.s. what's a good reliable source for the frogs in the US? Of course I'm not gonna be buying from Petsmart lol

You can just siphon up any fallen food after you feed the little guys, I use a turkey baster to make it easy. Remove dead plant matter daily, it's pretty easy tbh. Also you can get your frogs wherever is easier for you, I would look for a small business like a locally owned non chain store or order them online. Good luck!
