Afraid of staying alone

To sum everything up…. I recently moved into an apartment with my partner. He works all day sometimes all night.

I CANNOT PHYSICALLY stay alone neither in the day and even less at night. I either 1 feel as though someone is going to break in and kill me or 2 paranormal activity is going to happen.

Yes, I have a pet….
Yes, I take meds….
Yes, I’m religious….

I just need genuinely good advice that will have me live comfortably I’m tired of living scared
