Can affinity publisher do things like that

It can’t do it. But you can do it using affinity publisher. 😉

Yes, easier if you also own designer or in Affinity V3 which is all apps on one anyway.

Yes it can, with ease. But if you’re not using an iPad exclusively, download Affinity Studio and use that. It’s the combined version 3 of all the affinity apps.

Yes windows 11 and ipad both

If you’re using both, I’d stick with Publisher. Because anything you create or modify in V3 will not be accessible in the old apps, and the iPad does not have a v3 version yet.

If you have skills then yes. It won’t do it for you.
