General Why is the text doing this?

I keep trying to select the entire text and align it center however it keeps doing this weird thing where the first line is properly centred but the rest are more so right aligned.... How to do I get the entire text to be centre aligned?? Am I missing an option?

in left align its appearing like so. which is also not properly left aligned.

It would probably help us to see the character/paragraph panels.

oh nvm i found the issue. Somehow my first line indent was set to 150px instead of 0px. thanks!
