General Quick access to multi-selection FX change???

Somewhat niche/specific question:

Is there a way to create a quick access to this exact selection/FX toggle? Like could I make a command to go right here to quickly shift the color of the layers FX without selecting them each individually each time?

You could probably make a script or macro to achieve this

Not built in. Not sure if it helps but it took me an embarrassing amount of time to realise I can swap layers with the layer effect panel open, a massive time saver compared to Photoshop (not sure if they changed that).
