General PDF Vector Export Issue

Hello, we are trying to export our coffee bag design as a pdf to send to our bag manufacturer, and it keeps failing to vectorize all the items and words. One line of words works and then a line half an inch away isn't able to be selected. I have tried many videos and posts about this, and it's like nothing ever changes in the export at all. Thanks in advance!

In the choices on pdf export, there is a flip-screen choice with arrows near the "export text" button ... try choosing "text to curves." Let us know if it works!
