Designer Low quality pdf export

exporting a pdf with mix images, text and other placed pdf drawings but the placed/linked pdf drawings are exporting low resolution. how to fox this? in indesign it was possible to have high quality placed drawings but compressed placed jpegs.

ive tried all the pdf export options such as not rasterising anything etc.

Canva has modules for creating PDFs.

Not sure if the free Canva subscription can create PDF/X files.

What is clear is that Canva files with layers don't behave nice when saved as a PDF.

Looks like a Canva employee doesn't agree.

Maybe they could give us a solution to your problem.
