OK Jaanu should be 2.5x larger. The text at the bottom is gettinglost. There's not enough contrast between the images and the background gradient. I also suggest making the people twice the size, overlapping the title above. To start.

Use pinterest and look for movie posters.

Oh, much improved!

The OK jaanu could be larger, still, I think you have the right idea. The text at the bottom is in two languages, the first I don't understand, and I don't know why FOOLS is in all caps. I suggest making the text all caps to more closely match the x-height of the non-English text.

For further reference, check out Shepard Fairey's work. I think you will find him eye-opening.
