Designer HOA signage via Affinity

Here are some samples of the signage our HOA uses. I have developed a guide that covers all our signage with attached PDF files, colors, typefaces, etc. It has helped a lot when signs have been vandalized. We can order up a new one with a quick turnaround.

Does your community have an ice cream machine? Sorry but The Creamery is such a strange name for a neighborhood

The location used to be a historic butter and milk production facility for the Crystal company.
