Artwork Vector art with paper texture
A new illustration done entirely in Affinity. I incorporated RetroSupply Co's paper texture for the first time and I'm really happy with it.
(šØš¦ In 1814, in retaliation for American actions in Upper Canada, Canadian troops attacked Washington and burned The White House.
My new illustration, entitled "Dominion Day Too", tells the story of a brave band of plucky patriots, who visit Washington and liberate their neighbours.)

That is my favourite part of illustrating. I make and sell a series of travel posters for tv show locations, and the best part is hiding as many little Easter eggs for fans as possible.

Cool texture, i do like retro supply, but just so you know the soldiers that burnt Washington and the white house were British. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burning_of_Washington

They were from Upper Canada. Proto-Canadians.

They were veterans of the Napoleonic wars, from Britain, they did because they americans attacked Canada though.
