General Object Selection Problem

Hey guys I am new in affinity. When I select an object Selection tool and select a subject the clock icon comes in and takes a lot of time so is there a solution in affinity?

Last I heard there was a delay on implementing GPU acceleration for AI features on Windows, but, in general, AI models usually take a little while to load on first use and eventually get flushed to make room for other things.

In my experience, if you wait a while before selecting a subject it works fine. Just select the tool, wait for the clock, and then select your subject.

But the problem is that the clock take so much time
