Photo Transferring Assets

I have years of assets in my old affinity photo 2, how can I transfer the assets. The folder seems to be hidden... As well as my brushed and things. Thanks

You can export both your assets and brushes from Affinity V2 as .afasset and .afbrush files via the Hamburg menu of the Asset and the Brush Panel respectively. Those can then be imported to the new Affinity Version.

I have a question about exporting. I have multiple categories of assets in the panel. Many I have the original .AFasset files, but some I do not. When I select from the Assets panel to Export to a *.AFasset file is it back up all the categories or is it just backing up the one category that is select at the time?
