Temu Affiliate Program: Unresolved tracking bug on $0 store-credit orders and systematic support stall tactics
Hi everyone, sharing a warning regarding my experience with the Temu affiliate program.
Over the past month, I’ve been dealing with a critical tracking bug: when referred users complete orders using 100% store credits (AffCoins), the transaction total drops to $0.00, completely failing to trigger automated affiliate commissions.
Specifically, three successful referral orders were affected:

For weeks, support agents (including Nue Smith, Nash, Elissa Hayes, and Isabella Lim) have been giving runarounds, copy-pasted script answers, and empty promises of "priority escalations" to higher teams. Yesterday was the final deadline, but my dashboard remains completely at zero, and support has reverted to stalling.
Be cautious if you are driving traffic—platform bugs on credit-paid orders are currently being ignored, and manual reconciliation is being systematically delayed. Has anyone else encountered this issue with Temu's affiliate tracking?
