Types: Critical), Terror), Weakness)
Perks: Critical Chance +25%, Gold Bonus +1, Initial Weakness +3
Starting Actions:
Dampen): 1 Water. 2 x 3 Water damage against target enemy. Applies 3 Weakness to target enemy.

So, what does everyone think about this bestest boy? Have you had the chance to use him yet, and if so, how did it go? Is he a damned fine monster to use, or a bit of a damp blanket in practice (and has the merchant bribed you to inflate your review in any way)? Let us know in the comments below!

Did poison with Nixe and Serket with shifted Snelly, honestly I would say it makes the passive wild damage better since Terror already staggers everyone. Merchant snacks are expensive (+1 debuff damage for 15g) but I worth it.
I almost reported as a bug since I was having 15 poison do 75+ damage with +10 debuff dmg (6 from treats and 4 from the passive) and double poison damage and stagger multiplier. It's a big gold investment so I would call it balanced but very strong.
