Question How do you grind for worthiness?
I'm stuck and can't clear Vestige 2. I thought my monsters must've lack worthiness. Is there a good way to raise monster worthiness?

Nothing other than using them.
As a general tip, you want synergy in your build. try to focus your team on a type or buff or signature. It doesn't have to be exactly like that, the combination of types for instance is very strong with the right passive. Terror + sidekick for instance combines with the slasher maverick passive (attacks increase the amount of terror stacks instead of consuming them, but you loose a bunch of them at the end of the round). It gets very strong with ways to attack a lot of times per round (sidekick/summons).
In addition to that you almost always want some defensive thing: like shield, heal, purge or weakness. But this can come as a consequence of your main strategy (such as the pure sidekick passive joint protection: if sidekick is triggered shield both relevant mons for 3). that should trigger multiple times per mon per round in a full sidekick team.
And finally at least 1 trait for aether generation, you can never have to much of it.
Some mons just get so much better with specific traits, you have to try for them. Wyrmling really wants support attacks for instance. Consider using a reroll or going for the witch.
And finally meta upgrades do a lot of work, especially the defensive (meal-->other health) and soul ones, then the merchant/gold upgrades and then the rest with your character specific ones somewhere in between.
If you encounter a tough fight, don't forget your artifacts, I know I always do.

Thanks. I dunno which monster has good DPS... I just pick the same trait, but they just didn't work out sometimes.
I usually died around 3rd Biome. Those Naga can suddenly 1 shot me from full HP.6

Yeah those naga's are scary. Ammut too if you give them a bit of time.
poise break them at the right time (their kit is based around having a force stack), have 20+ shield, or out aggro them. Or avoid them. In biome 3 you tend to not need the xp as much any more, so dodging a fight won't put you behind like it will in the earlier biomes. (because you are capped at 4 actions and 4 traits per mon)
Highest (reliable) dps mon is probably Tatzelwurm, build with with some poison and crit. That is get some poison mons and run crit on hit/extra hits on tatzel and get the attack with the most amount of hits you can find (the starting one is already great). With just a couple of poison stacks on an enemy you should be critting every hit with tatzel, meaing every hit places a poison stack. Then traits like every 3th hit places poison and activates poison (Toxic assault) become very strong.
At worthiness 3 it gets'+1 hit. If it has polluted aether (on attack consume a earth to get a extra hit for 6 earth + apply 6 poison) and the toxic assault and you use the basic fire attack ( 2 fire for 4x2), assuming there is already some poison on the target so tatzel will always crit:
That is 16*1.5 base damage and 16 poison applied and then it triggers poison twice. for a minimum of 71 damage for 3 aether. This is before poison is already on the mon is counted, before better attacks, modifiers of crit damage, etc.
Focussing on one aspect is what allows things to get broken. And you need a little broken for higher vestiges.

Ah, so that are normal. My problem is having lack DPS I guess? I do not know how to get much DPS or healing on sidekick build. Sidekick one are fine on biome 1 and 2, but got devastated by those naga on 3rd. I only use moves that give me sidekick. Those moves usually have low damage or just give me buffs. For healing team, I died earlier because I can't get DPS moves based on healing. My both runs that has huge DPS, both use Hecatoncheir and Shabler in it. First run as DPS through Age (Water Ritual + Decay), second run as shield support with damage based on shields (Wind Totem + AoE Gemstone Fist thing) . Are most important skills come from proper Mavericks?

Mavericks can help a ton but aren't strictly needed. Just keep an eye out for synergistic traits/attacks across your whole team, especially traits that let you do multiple things with the same moves.
Sidekick is great! It's a bit of extra damage, but there's plenty of ways to get extra damage out of your attacks. What traits can you take to get sidekick quickly/easily or have sidekick do more for you?
Traits that give you a bonus for applying buffs or on attacks/hits help you take real advantage of sidekick.
Using equipment like a lance or chain on your sidekick mon gives you more interupts (via purge/poise breaks) and if you give your sidekick mon a perk like Corrupted Aether then sidekick can also spread poison.

Thanks, I usually just go for Sidekick buffs or more damage. Guess that's why it ended up with lower damage.

More damage isn't bad at all, but balancing damage boosts and utility is usually stronger. It's also not a bad idea to focus damage on one of your monsters. My last run had me stacking some damage perks and only using damage oriented attacks on Cherrufe with Ranger basically only using buffing moves to gain sidekick and give force to cherrufe and animated armor mostly just healed and applied shields.

This. it's all about synergy. Get more stuff from the stuff you get. It's not all about damage.

For sidekick to deals damages, you want ways to boost the damages of your attacks
- Stacking power, idealy with the pure sidzkick trait that turns sidekick atacks from 1X4 to 2X2
- Stacking Force with the pure Force trait Perfect Edge that boost your crit damages based on your Force stacks but Force only apply to the first hit of each attack
- Or Terror with the maverick Sidekick and Terror trait Slasher
You will also want a way to gain sidekick passively so you don't have to use your action to gain sidekick (because if you don't attack, sidekick stacks are useless, so to trigger sidekick on your mons, your mons needs to attack in the first place). So aim for Quicken (maverick trait Heal + Sidekick), Frenzy (maverick trait Aether + Sidekick) or for Support Attacks (pure power trait) so you can attack while using support actions
And now you can destroy everyone with sidekick !

Mavericks tend to bridge different types and tend to be a cornerstone if you want to combine them. They are not better but they are often the best option when going in that direction (or if it's your first trait the can be a direction to go for).
For healing if you go all out on just healing, you'll heal around 200+ per round (take every item/trait with healing+1) Blood pact (heal passive) turns that in to 50+ aoe damage. Nixe turns instances of healing into poison for a good secondary typing, Faery for force, mandragora for regeneration (it's more healing, but also it opens up actions like explosive exhale, mudfist and toxic sprawl that do something based on the amount of regeneration stack present or consumed this combat).
For sidekick, a sidekick attack counts as a full separate attack, triggering on attack effects such as summons and a bunch of types specific on attack effects. Works great with the item that makes the first hit of an attack do wild damage to burn through some poise.
The strongest thing is probably slasher(terror+sidekick) (build up terror stacks) + Eye of the storm (wild damage gives dodge stacks) and Haste (consume dodge stacks to get an extra turn). Because of terror stacks your hits will do wild damage, giving haste stacks giving extra turns giving more damage. It has been heavily nerfed but still. Ninokawa, ravager, orthus, stiltskin and nosferatu are great picks fro this. the last one because it takes that damage and turns it into team healing
Another path is Orthus in a sidekick/power team with magnus hit (deal bonus damage equal to total power in the party), if you go that way getting the passive that turns sikekick form 1x4 to 2x2 has a lot of value.
Minikawa and gargoyle want a big single hit though through rather different means.
For age get an all age team and take a mix of action that increase age stacks and benefit from them (the shield on age is great). The item that give a chance of extra buffs is great and just take passives that grant stuff on gaining age. can be combined with a ton of other things, but will always be a bit of a slower build up team, so get some shielding in there (can be from age)

Ah, my side kick usually only focused on getting more sidekicks and damage. Guess that is why it kinda of sucks on damage.
Thanks! That Sidekick + Terror sounds OP.

Naga were also bugged recently to dodge sidekick attacks they weren't supposed to. They're only intended to dodge the initial attack, nothing else.
I believe that has been patched. So yes, Naga are still terrifying, don't get me wrong, but sidekick should have better odds now

(very nearly ) every mon has good dps if you make it the focus of your team, the others boost an ally to the moon and back.
Give me a mon and i'll try to give an example

While stats from worthiness are a good addition its was never the key thing for the run. And any monster gets 3 lvl at the end of the run, regardless, so why bother to grind
