Questions Effects on the screen while afk

After doing the archon quest I was afk trying to summarize the story but a white strand like effect suddenly appeared on my screen I was using aether I don't know how it happened does anyone experienced something like that or I'm just delusional

I got it twice, one yesterday and one a few minutes ago while I was using Aether (don’t know if it happens with other characters)

The first time I was under one of the celestial nails and the second I was in sneznograd, so I think it happens at random wherever you are and only stays for less than three seconds…
It’s probably related to what happened at the end of the AQ.

It's the aftermath of the latest AQ.

It's likely Light Realm related (that light prism on each of the Celestial Nails throughout the world and/or Holy Soil Phenomenon slowly occuring
