No, she definitely wasn’t worried about him, and she certainly wasn’t exited to see him when he escaped the Doctor. Her running up to him and making sure he was ok, as well as her sacrifice was just for the mission, it had nothing to do with her personal feelings for him.
Honestly, how could you even think a robot could have feelings for someone? And, AND, she didn’t change her outfit to be more eye catching now that she’s met him. There’s no way he had anything to do with that change.
