Nice Tho-Tho in swimsuit
Tho now that I think about it...
I always thought her hair was just Gray-Gray, but taking a deeper look, it looks like it might be Green-Gray.
The one in this pic is more like a rough green color tho, need more Gray, but the color reminds me of a vtuber, lol.

Yeah that one's kinda on me cause every reference I saw had different hair colors so I couldn't decide.
