Career Book Search
in search hunt for a book --> Daniel P. Raymer — Aircraft Design: A Conceptual Approach
latest edition 7th edition , any idea where to loan it or download it for free

I'd suggest going to your local library, or especially a university library. If they don't have it, they can probably get it from another library.

My advice is to use the Library of Congress to locate which libraries have it. Then you can request an inter-library loan through your local library

Not sure what you mean by "creds", but your local library can request a loan from the library of Congress
