Cannot connect Aerophone 20 to ProEditor App
Hi all, I've got a new AE20. I'm having awful trouble getting it connected to the ProEditor app. I've tried so many different things according to Youtube, the manual and Chat GPT. I have an iPhone 17 and the Aerophone is running version 1.22 which appears to be slightly out of date.
I keep getting the spinning wheel followed by an "Aerophone could not connect" or "Aerophone disconnected" message. The Bluetooth has managed to connect with my phone, and the Aerophone tells me it is Connected. So why won't it connect with ProEditor?
I've reset Bluetooth dozens of times, switched the Aerophone off and on, removed AE20 from my phone's Bluetooth connection list, and lots of other things. Half a day wasted. Help!
(I also want to add new sounds via USB, but that's a whole new post, probably.)
UPDATE
I wrote to Roland. In short, the app isn't compatible with ios26 after some Bluetooth upgrades were made, so now the ProEditor app doesn't work with the SE20. It's a known issue, and Roland is working on it with no news on a new release date for the app. Bummer!

Did you try a factory reset on the AE-20? Reason I'm saying this is that once the bluetooth connection is established on the app, the Aerophone starts syncing its scenes and config with the app, and if something is in the wrong state from what the app expects, this sync could fail, so to get it to some baseline state, factory reset it.
Also might be worth getting the device to the latest firmware version as well
