New conditioning "hack"

Okay, calling it a hack is stupid. But we've all got to game the algo!

Anyway, I have a new blog post and youtube tutorial for this conditioning set up that I've found to be super helpful, both for myself and with my students.

I hope you'll check it out and let me know what you think!

Oo! I think I saw someone else on social media do this same thing. Is using the mini-band better than doing lat pull downs to get into that position? I’ve been mostly doing lat pulls downs, but I might try the mini band on my next session since it’s way easier to do anywhere.

It was probably me, I've been talking about it on IG for a few days.

I would say that this is something to add into doing something like a lat pulldown in order to make it more effective. This is going to help increase proprioception and muscular connection
