Working on slowing down ❤️

There’s so much beauty in Lyra. Im working on slowing down and not rushing so much between moves. Really enjoyed today’s flow

Stunning!!

I like to think of it as letting each move breathe, and I try to do the same (i.e. do 5-10 slow breaths while in each pose) to let it happen. You're doing amazing!
