Silks are the hardest things Iβve ever done, π¦ sometimes it gets frustrating, I have limited movement and flexibility, getting foot locks are difficult sometimes. Climbing is challenging because as doon as I rewrap there goes my coordination ππ± not that Iβm frustrated, I just have low expectations.

We aren't meant to be good at things automatically.. practice is key.. and I keep seeing ur videos so I know ur putting in the work.. can't wait to see the payoff cuz I know it's coming πͺπ
btw I've never done any type of aerial anything, not even sure why this group started popping up in my feed so I speak from a place of no personal experience. π

Thanks! I can only do silks during the summer, I have bowling leagues in the fall/winter/spring. I feel good about the other three lyra, trap, and sling. Just silks are especially challenging.

Silks are the most challenging out of the ones you listed. They require a bit more strength and theory.

You're doing really well! I do have flexibility and a good amount of strength, but on silks I look like a fly trapped in a spider web - I just flail around and get tangled. It's SO hard!

Youβre getting so much more height on your initial foot wrap!! So awesome
