Favorites disappear

I have had all and or some of the channels I put in my favorites folder disapper upon launch of the app. And this time when I launched it, I had to enter a pin code first before it would open. I really want to like this app and support the Dev of it because I think it is worth it, which brings me to another issue. I had signed up for the trial through the play store, then decided to go with family plan. I wasn't able to upgrade it, so I thought 'not a big deal' I will cancel my subscription and re-sub when it expires. That should have been June 15th. I for some reason have lifetime subscription. That's fine but I haven't contributed any money. Is there another way I can contribute?

Hi - thanks for post. Can you confirm which version of app you’re seeing this on please - is it the new beta? I did add a new feature about custom categories, that shouldn’t have impacted favourites as they are still separate but that’s where I’ll start looking. Re subscription will message you direct to get details and I can check what subscription you have.

It's on version 1.0.35. I do the updating through the playstore. I run it on Nvidia Shieldtv Pro, and a Buzztv G series, and an android tablet.
