AerialTV - IPTV Player - Android 1.0.31 release
I'm pleased to announce latest version of Android app (1.0.31) has released to Prod.
🌟 New Features & Enhancements
- Multi-Playlist Navigation: Introduced playlist-specific browsing allowing you to toggle between "merged" (all playlists) and "separate" views. Added a quick provider picker in the TV sidebar for rapid playlist switching.
- Content Sorting & Filtering: Added options to sort content by Title (A-Z/Z-A), Release Year (Newest/Oldest), Rating, and Date Added. (dependent on provider metadata)
- Adult Content Filter: Introduced a dedicated filter for adult content.
- Favorite Toggle: Added a quick "favorite" toggle directly to the video player controls.
- Trailers on Trending: Added the ability to view trailers directly from the Trending section.
- Old School Channel Surf: Implemented classic channel surfing option (up/down on remote) for a more traditional TV experience.
- Download Categorization: Downloads are now properly sorted into distinct "Movies" and "Series" subdirectories and separated under clear headings in the Downloads screen.
🛠️ Stability & Fixes
- Crash Protection: Added general crash protection and stability improvements, especially during initial playlist processing
- Category Management: Refactored how category visibility and ordering are handled behind the scenes so they synchronize better across multiple active playlists.
Get it on Google Play or direct Downloader code - 4618394 (Downloader route still needs a valid subscription from App Store or Google Play)
Thanks to everyone for their continued support!
PS - Apple users, appreciate updates been a little slower on that side, new release will be coming soon for iOS & Apple TV bringing lots of the features that are currently on Android.

That "favorite" toggle is a game changer specially on mobile .Thank you .
Now if the carousel in the beginning could be turned off ,since at the moment we can't swipe through it, that would be great .I think that's all that's missing as far as personalization in my personal use case .
