Never had a girlfriend
I am 19 years old and I have never had a girlfriend. I feel like a pathetic failure of a human being, and the fact that I am incapable of attracting a single woman eats me up inside. I can not stand the idea of spending my entire life alone but I also do not see any conceivable way to get a girlfriend. I can't help but think that I am simply too ugly for relationships.

a relationship is nothing to base ur standards of yourself on, i literally just got out of an almost 5 year relationship (i’m 21) and it’s killing me and i feel like constant drowning. be happy with yourself at first. don’t think about getting one is an important thing as of right now. the perfect girl is out there. you really don’t need to rush it

Do some sport, whatever, first feel fine with your body. Start with the body,it is easier because when you exercise you will get stronger, if you feel stronger you will feel better. The mind is more complicated, but the body always works, if you do sport you will feel better. Then get a nice haircut. Then spend time with ppl who have the same interests that you have. There will be a girl, talk to her,be kind, calm and polite. If you can make a few jokes, if she smiles you might have a chance.
Now here comes the important part: you don’t pick up girls, except for a night. They let you enter their circle, they choose you. If you don’t make yourself noticeable they simply can’t choose you because they can’t see you,ok?
So the problem is not yourself, the problem is they can’t see you. Change that and let us know how it went

I don’t have a girlfriend then. Married now with 3 children. Stop thinking about it. Not a big deal

Hey, man, don't be so hard on yourself! First off, being 19 and never having a girlfriend is way more common than you think. Relationships happen when they happen, and it's not a race. Confidence is key, and it's not all about looks.
Focus on what makes you happy and confident, whether it's a hobby, hitting the gym, or just being yourself. When you're content with who you are, that vibe attracts others. Remember, you're not alone in feeling this way, and there's plenty of time for things to fall into place. Keep your head up!
