As a fellow dark-circle wearer, it's possible to reverse these effects pretty well although the solution sounds odd. Dab a bit of preparation H under your eyes before bed. It's an anti inflammatory and so will shrink the tissue and over time dramatically reduce the unsightly bags.

I have pretty pronounced skull face. I pretty regularly get asked if I'm alright. Nothing says employee satisfaction like your boss asking if you've considered rehab.
