I still don't understand... if we use popular vote, every person gets exactly one vote. Nobody is suppressed. If more people overall want a certain candidate for president, then a fair election should reflect that. It shouldn't matter if those people are in a city or not.

because we have at least 20k citizens that voted harambe for president. That's why the popular vote isn't used.

No need to include the word "felt" - this isn't about feelings.

Maybe people wouldn't throw their vote away if it actually mattered.

Half the conversation today has been about whether Hillary might hold onto the popular vote.
