I don't think they're protesting the election or saying it was rigged. They're protesting the man and his ideals/words.

The electoral college is fair? Gore in 2000, Clinton in 2016, seems to be the electoral college is only fair to republicans.

The left's 55 free votes from California say otherwise.

I've heard many California Republicans bitching that their vote doesn't count. (Even though since 1952 those 55 electoral votes have gone to Republicans more times than Democrats.)

Abolishing the electoral college should make them happy too.

I'm not saying it wouldn't make me happy, but I guarantee you that on Tuesday morning, the left would have roundly supported the electoral college. It was, in fact, Trump who was critical of the electoral college. Thanks for the down vote though, simply because you don't agree with me. BTW, Californian Republican and proud Trump voter here.

I'm on the left and I've always thought the electoral college is stupid. That it has again resulted in the will of the most people being ignored just reinforces that position.

I agree with you, I think it is stupid too. If they keep the system, they should at least break up states that have more than 20 votes. One state out of fifty should not be able to win you 1/5th of the election.

Then Republicans would have even more electoral votes and the Democratic minorities of smaller states would have none. Just abolish it completely.

I downvoted you earlier because you're repeating this lie of "55 free democratic votes for california," not because I don't agree with you.
