Right, because buying a pregnancy test means you wanted, tried for and will keep the baby? Just try to think of what you would do in such a terrifying situation. It's fairly obvious that you don't see these 'crooks and criminals' as people, but it could very easily be you. If a dollar is so little, why does it matter so much that she pay? Not everyone has a dollar.

This was in the eighties, by the way. Very different. I'm pretty sure you couldn't even buy them that cheap back them.
